(images via: Martha Steward Home & Song of Style ) Tips: Displaying your shoes as decor on a shelf works well when only 3 pairs of shoes at most are displayed. (P.S.- I cant wait to try this with a pair of new shoes!) If you have a wall turned into a closet (like me) I highly recommend having sheer curtains. I don't always have mine closed because I enjoy looking at my organized wardrobe but when I am slammed with a busy week and no time to organize, all I can say is: Thank god for those curtains!!! I also love to display my jewelry. First of all, it helps me remember all the wonderful treasures that I own and it makes my vanity look pretty! But always keep it to a minimum. It's not very pretty to look at a jumbled mess of chains. I also like to switch out the jewelry that I display, to be sure I'm not forgetting any lovely pieces that are tucked away in the jewelry box. In the end, my motto is that using your wardrobe as decor is lovely and works at a minimum.
